Sites are available for viewing at a temporary construction address, then connected to web domain and made live when accounts are settled upon completetion. Access is then granted and ownership is permanently assigned to customer.

Website Owner

This is a CONTRACT OF SERVICES between "Site Owner" and Annie Halverson, of AH Equine Design (to be called "builder") regarding construction/redesign of the web site described as "Domain Name". Basic Website Package Included.

• Included: account setup, layout, menu, content development on up to 6 pages, formatting searchability features for main pages, payment gateway setup, first 30 days maintenance. $75 for each additional page over 6.

• Not Included: to be charged separately and/or additional as needed – logo, online forms ($50 and up), any additional website plugins integrated into basic site.

• Hosting and domain name: additional, paid to web hosting and domain name vendor.

• I understand that work is to begin upon receiving payment in full for BASIC Website Package (base price $800.00)

  • Website to be completed within 14 days unless prior arrangements made, at which point any and all edits to BASIC website package and contents are included. Afterwards, incurred maintenance fees apply as specified.

  • Payments via Venmo: AnnieHalverson-90 or Check mailed to AH Equine Design LLC 614 Sunset Lane, River Falls WI 54022
